Can we exchange an order after we received it?Updated a year ago

The following Exchange Policy describes the conditions with which an exchange may be made:

  • If you received a damaged shipment or product

  • If the order delivered is incorrect 

We apologise if this should happen. If it does, please email photos of the damaged/incorrect items to [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt. Include the order/invoice number and your name and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

You are strongly recommended to check the goods including the blister strips within the box to make sure that everything is received in good order.
