1) What is the National Day Sale offer? 

Every qualifying subscription order receives 33% extra free product packed directly into their delivery: 

• 90s Box: +30 Free Softgels (120 total) 
• 180s Box: +60 Free Softgels (240 total) 
• 270-Cap Box: +90 Free Softgels (360 total) 

2) Who is eligible? 

All customers—including new customers, returning customers, and existing active subscribers—who purchase or process a subscription order within the official Aug 7–10 promotional window. (Limit: up to 270s per single order). 

3) What are the exact start and end times for orders to qualify? 

This promotion applies exclusively to new and existing subscription orders processed during the promotional window (Aug 7–10). Maximum bonus softgel equivalent is up to 270s per single order.

4) I am an existing subscriber — how do I ensure my order qualifies? 

If your upcoming refill date falls outside the Aug 7–10 window, simply log in to your Customer Portal before August 10 and select "Process Order Now" or adjust your next renewal date to fall between Aug 7 and Aug 10. 

Our fulfilment team will automatically pack your free bonus softgels with your order! 

Note: The bonus would not be reflected on the shopify order acknowledgement page

5) Do I need a promo code? 

No promo code is needed. Free bonus softgels are proactively packed by our Singapore fulfilment team for every qualifying order processed within the sale window.

6) I want to be a new subscriber and enjoy this promotion.  What must I do?

Set up a new account by logging into www.antinol.com.sg

Create your subscription order only between the dates of 7-10 Aug 2026 [0000hrs on 7 Aug to 2359hrs on 10 Aug, Singapore time] to enjoy the promotion. Subscription orders created outside of these dates will not enjoy the bonus.

7) Will I still receive the bonus softgels when my subscription is next fulfilled?

No, you will only receive the quantity which you subscribed for.  The bonus softgels are only given out for subscription orders fulfilled between 7-10 Aug 2026 as our way of celebrating with our subscribers.

8) What is the expiry date of the stock?

Expiry is 11/2028 or later.
